Some things I have made:
I designed the book jacket for New York Times bestselling author Sarah Mlynowski's Think Twice, the super funny followup to Sarah's young adult novel Don't Even Think About It. Think Twice is now available in paperback or as an ebook!
I designed the logo for OMG BookFest, a traveling book festival aimed at early to middle-grade readers. I wanted to give OMG BookFest a clean and fun feel—engaging for kids, while still appealing to parents, teachers, and librarians.
To promote the release of new books in Sarah Mlynowski's New York Times bestselling series Whatever After, I design Whatever After–branded Facebook ads to match the jackets. This ad is for Genie in a Bottle, the ninth Whatever After book.
Using art from author Adele Griffin and illustrator Mike Wu's super cute Oodlethunks series, I created coloring books for Adele to pass out during school visits and at events. These are great for Oodlethunks fans as well as kids who are new to the series; each book in the series is summarized on the back cover.
To help promote Marisa Acocella Marchetto's New York Times bestselling graphic novel Ann Tenna, I created an animation of Ann winking using two images from the book. Click here to see this GIF on Facebook.
As part of graphic novelist Marisa Acocella Marchetto and BreastCancer.org's Who's Your Vixen? campaign, I created a series of graphics optimized for Facebook to promote and celebrate their collaboration, featuring art from Marisa's beautiful graphic novel Ann Tenna and memoir Cancer Vixen.
To promote the launch of the first book in the Upside-Down Magic series, I made cover photos for use on Facebook and Twitter, themed to match the cover of Upside-Down Magic.
I designed "Be Good" bookplates for the repackage of How to Be Bad, a young adult road trip novel by E. Lockhart, Lauren Myracle, and Sarah Mlynowski. Using bookplates made it way easier for all three authors to sign hundreds of books.
To promote the Sarah Mlynowski and Emily Jenkins' Upside-Down Magic #2: Sticks & Stones tour stops, I made a series of graphics with event details for sharing on Facebook and Instagram.
The How to be Bad ebook was on sale for $1.99—only 199 pennies!—so I animated this graphic to promote the discount on Facebook.
To celebrate the release of Upside-Down Magic #3: Showing Off by superstar authors Sarah Mlynowski, Lauren Myracle, and Emily Jenkins, I designed a shareable animation for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr.
Using art from author Adele Griffin and illustrator Mike Wu's super cute Oodlethunks series, I designed a series sampler with an excerpt from the first book, and an intro to each book in the series on the back. Perfect to hook new readers!
